To all who come to this happy place, welcome! This week Matt is showing you how to make the traditional Christmas time favorite, eggnog. This recipe isn't from any parks in particular but I was inspired to do this episode after visiting Universal Orlando for their 2020 Holiday Celebrations.

4 Large eggs, separated
1/3 cup of sugar plus 1 tbsp
2 cups of milk
1 cup of heavy cream
2oz Bourbon
2oz Rum
